Vacuum is not picking up debris / No suction
Symptoms
The vacuum motor is running but it is not picking up dirt, or the suction feels very weak. The nozzle light might be red.

- Empty the dust cup.
- Check filters to see if they need cleaning. Rinse and completely air-dry for at least 24 hours.
- Check the floor nozzle for blockages and clear if required.
- Remove the wand and check for blockages at both ends.
- Check the 'Clog Access' on the wand (if applicable) and clear debris.
